There's a reason that it's been a while since I have last posted. In recent days, Ayden has learned the word "no" and has been using it frequestly, and with attitude. We call it "FRESH MOUTH" and we're not real fond of it! So I have been very busy keeping a much closer ear out for him than usual and we have been working on his fresh mouth. At first when he would say it, he didn't really think too much of it - we're actually really surprised that it took him so long to use it since he has been talking since before he was one. Now when he says it he looks at me b/c he is waiting for my response. It is so hard to not laugh most of the time. He is learning that when someone asks a question it is ok to say no, but you don't have to do it with such an attitude! He has always been really good about using his manners so "no thank you" is a good way for him to be able to use his new favorite word and still make Daddy and Momma happy. :)

The terrible two temper tantrums (say that five times fast) are hilarious. We are very fortunate that he rarely does it away from home, but they are not what I had always expected. He just lays face down on the floor and says, "Oh no," a couple of times. Now that I am writing this I am realizing how funny this is! He just lays there until he is over it, gets up, and then runs away to find something to play with. I know, I know - we are very lucky!!!!

I have some recent pictures that I need to download and then I will post them. It snowed here last night - only about an inch - but still YEAH! If the sun doesn't melt it before this afternoon, then maybe I'll have some Bubba in the snow pictures...we'll see!

Have a great day! Oh, by the way - our ultrasound is on February 12th. We can't wait to find out what #2 is! Now we can keep you in suspense too!
