The Bates Go to the Zoo

While I was at work on Monday morning, Shawn packed our lunch and we went to the Cape May Zoo after I got home. We had a blast! I really don't know of a nicer zoo - and the best part is that there is no fee. It is donation only. They have a really great variety of animals and it is just the right size for our family right now. If it were any bigger, we wouldn't be able to see the whole thing. Here are some of the pictures:

I have never seen a giraffe bend down like this before and then the funny part of the picture with the zebra in it is the little bird behind him...I can just hear him saying, "WAIT FOR ME!!"
