It's a Boy!

And not at all shy like Ayden was! In fact, even if we hadn't wanted to know - he was going to tell us anyway! And Ayden was so cute the whole time. He kept looking at the screen and saying "baby" - then when we found out for sure and told him he was going to have a little brother, he would say, "My brother," and "Where's my brother?" Only - he says brother like Baby Bear does on Sesame Street - "brodeau." It was priceless!

The first two pictures of the ultrasound are of the back of his head - his right arm is up behind his neck. The last one looks like a face shot, but I thought the tech said that she didn't get a good face shot. So, if it isn't, your guess is as good as mine is!

Now I have a reason to think about boy names. We have had our girl name picked out for a long time, but I haven't done any looking for boy names b/c I didn't want to just fall in love with one and have no reason to use it. Shawn has been coming up with names and he says that I have been shooting them down. It's not that I don't like the names he's picked out, it's that when you put them with our last name, a lot of them just don't sound quite right to me. So I have a lot of work to do to come up with the perfect boy name!
