I know I know - twice in one day...but we had such an awesome surprise that I wanted to share! Armando and Judy Rivera (Ayden's Papa and Memere) came to the house on their way back to Arkansas. We were expecting to meet up with them this week, but were kind of expecting them to call us tomorrow. So when Judy called me this morning and asked if they could come visit I was surprised. It actually turned out really well b/c Shawn usually has to work during the day on Wednesday, but his schedule was flip-flopped this week and he didn't have to go in until 2:00. It has been a year since we have last seen them - WAY TOO LONG - so to get some Rivera hugs was just awesome. They got here and couldn't believe how big Bubba has gotten since we left Manchester. They got the biggest kick out of him and his antics! We ordered pizza and got to sit and visit for a while before Shawn had to leave for work. They stayed a little longer (not long enough) and then had to get on the road themselves. It was sad to see them go, but we know that we aren't going to go another whole year before we see them again! WE LOVE YOU MEMERE AND PAPA!
