The Promised House Pics

So here they are...even since we took these, quite a bit of work has been done. It is already looking sooooo much better!

From the front...isn't it cute? The porch has double swings that face each other. I think we are going to reside in the spring.

This is the upstairs...it runs the entire length of the house. A wall has already been studded up so that each of the boys will have their own room. This is Nunk (Nate) working on turning the stairs going to Ayden and Levi's rooms. This is the dining area...the living room and dining room are one big room. The kitchen is just off to the left and the front door is through the living room. We put up our Christmas tree the night of closing (the 21st) - it definitely helped to have some Christmas spirit in the midst of all the chaos and destruction!!!
The living room from the dining area.NeeNee and Levi in what will be Shawn and my bedroom - it is now our makeshift nursery!Ayden doing what he does best and most these days...playing with his Thomas the Tank Engine set that he was given two Christmas's ago - and we couldn't find until this Christmas. Talk about being obsessed!!!!!
Even Missy Pants comes over to help! The kitchen from the dining area
The kitchen looking into the back hallway
Obviously, another part of the kitchen
The back hallway - Shawn is taking off all the shingles so that we can fix the hole in the side of the house.

My hard working guy!

I'm not exactly sure how the mural goes along with the rest of the decor of the house, but OK!

One of the two bedrooms downstairs that we are making the boys playroom. This view is from the living/dining room and the door is to the back hallway. This view is from the back hallway looking into the living room.Shawn working on tearing out the lathe (spelling?) and carpet in the boys' playroom.

The bathroom - I didn't get a picture before destruction began, but I really can't say that it looked any better than this. Notice the nice black mold that we had to get rid of!

As if you wanted a closer look! :)

My general contractor - we're making him smile here!!!

Taking a moment to smile - the Wills girls!
