Well today the carpet is being laid - YEAH! We got most of the painting done that could be done...there is still some to do, but we got everything done that we needed to in order to move in. There are still lots of little projects that need to be done, but isn't that what homeownership is all about?!?!?! I must express HUGE thank you to the fam for all they did. We definitely couldn't have done this without you!
It is unbelievable how different the house looks on the inside - an unreal transformation. I will take pictures today after the carpet goes in and post them before we put furniture in. Tomorrow Shawn and I are going to start moving the beds, crib, and table before he has to go to work. So tomorrow will be the first night we will get to stay there...so exciting!
Today I am moving the kitchen and bathroom stuff (since those places aren't carpeted), and then the rest of the stuff will be over the weekend whenever we can make some trips. Shawn has off Sunday and Monday, so he will be able to help me out then. I get kinda obsessed when we move into a new place - I can't sleep until all boxes are unpacked. I am hoping that this is the last time for a LONG time that this psychotic side of me has to be revealed (since we have moved 7 times now in the almost 6 years we've been married). Thank you, God!
Well, lots to do - have a blessed day...we sure are!

How exciting!! I hope the move in goes smoothly. I'm like that when we move as well. I hate living out of boxes!! Congrats to you both and I hope you get settled in quickly! Tell Shawn we said hey!
